Elaborate the YAML for the CIF

As described in :ref:`chimere-emissions-good-practices`, the safest approach is to generate each set of inputs (meteorology, emissions, boundary conditions) separately and check each one.
When following this approach, the YAML for running the simulation uses ready-made files and can be built as described in :ref:`chimere-design-yaml-ready-made`.

Once input generation has been thoroughly validated, a YAML can be designed to pre-process some inputs and run the simulation in a single step.
