Elaborate the yaml for the CIF

As explained for example in :ref:`chimere-emissions-good-practices`, the safest procedure is to generate first each set of inputs (meteorology, emissions, boundary conditions) and check each of them.
If following this procedure, the yaml to design for running the simulation is actually a yaml using ready-made files and can be built as described in :ref:`chimere-design-yaml-ready-made`.

When generating inputs has been thoroughly validated, a yaml can be designed so as to pre-process (some of) the inputs and run the simulation in one go. XXgive example? OK to do meteo + others + simu together?XX
