Parameters on the vertical axis

The user must specify a number of parameters regarding the vertical axis of the simulation domain, which are used by CHIMERE in many various routines. See :doc:`CHIMERE plugin</documentation/plugins/models/chimere>` for information on which parameters are to be provided and how this is done in the yaml.

nivout
------
The number of vertical layers to write in the output files :doc:`out.nc</documentation/doc-models/chimere/outconcs>`.

nlevemis
--------
The number of levels to take into account in :doc:`AEMISSIONS.nc<emissions>`. WARNING: if emissions are available higher in the input data, they will actually be ignored. A check that the chosen number of levels does not lead to "forgetting" emissions in altitude is required.
