Switches on checks

CHIMERE performs various checks before running its computations. Switches may be used to control which checks are made or not.

ignore_chck_dates
-----------------
With this switch on 1, all checks on the dates in input files AEMISSIONS, BEMISSIONS, BOUN_CONCS, INI_CONCS and METEO are ignored.
This may be useful e.g. to use the METEO of a given day for several other days.
